Logo or Art Work:
set up $30.00. Clean black and white artwork is essential for laser
engraving. We reserve the right to determine what art is acceptable.
Artwork may be provided in Corel Draw 11.0 or less, Adobe Illustrator,
PDF, TIF files, or camera-ready black and white copy.

Laser Engraving: $5.00
each piece. There is a $5.00 one time fee for copy setup.

Color Fill: $5.00 each.

Silk Screen: colors are quoted per order. PMS colors must be specified for
all colors. Prism place cannot guarantee exact matching of printed
colors.

Colored Bases: Black or jade - $1.50 each add-on to the clear price.

Delivery and Shipping:
7-10 days is the normal production time on stock engraved products.
Rush charges may apply for quick turn around. Shipping is UPS and FOB
factory with blind shipping available. Split shipments incur a $5.00
per location packaging charge. Large quantity orders may require
additional production time. Orders may be picked up at Prism Place.

Custom Products:
Prism Place is pleased to quote you on product designs that fall outside
of our standard products. We specialize in custom designs. The minimum
order for custom design acrylics is $100.00. Delivery is normally 10
working days from art approval.

Paper proofs: One
paper proof is provided with the option of a second proof for revisions. A
third proof carries a $15.00 charge for redesign work.

Name Plate Engraving: $3.00 each.

Trademarks and
Copyrights: Prism Place assumes that our distributors and their clients
have the legal right to use any and all trademarked or copyrighted
material supplied to us for reproduction. By submitting a concept you are
agreeing to indemnify Prism Place from any and all such claims that may arise from reproduction.

allowed for defective product. Authorization must be obtained prior
to return. Returns are allowed only within 30 days receipt of
merchandise.
